About Us
Our Story
For most people, knee pain doesn't arrive suddenly. It builds quietly. A little stiffness after training. A nagging ache on the stairs. A dull pressure that becomes part of everyday life.
For years, that's exactly what happened to my father.
He was never the type to complain—he kept working, walking, doing chores, helping everyone around him. But over time, I noticed the signs. He sat down slower. He stopped joining weekend hikes. He hesitated before getting up from the sofa. Not because he lacked motivation, but because every movement reminded him of the growing discomfort in his knees.
We tried everything: creams, heat packs, compression sleeves, physiotherapy sessions. Some things helped temporarily, but nothing truly made a long-term difference or fit easily into his daily routine.
One evening, after a long day, he told me something that stayed with me and I'll never forget: "I'm starting to feel like my body is controlling me instead of the other way around."
That sentence changed everything. It wasn't about pain—it was about losing freedom, movement, confidence, identity.
The Beginning
I started asking myself: what if people could have physiotherapy-style treatment at home? Something scientifically grounded, easy to use, comfortable to wear, and actually strong enough to make a real difference. Something they could rely on every day.
I researched the core modalities physiotherapists use for knee discomfort: targeted heat, red-light therapy, and controlled vibration. But no existing device combined all of these properly in one compact, user-friendly design. Most solutions were either too weak, too medical-looking, or too inconvenient to use consistently.
So I decided to create it myself.
I worked with engineers, physiotherapists, and industrial designers to build a device that looks premium, feels premium, and works like something from a modern rehabilitation clinic—yet simple enough for anyone to use at home.
After dozens of prototypes, the final version emerged: a 20-point red-light cluster, infrared heat panel, tri-level vibration motors, ergonomic shell, touchscreen interface, and cordless portability. Every detail was intentional. Every feature had a purpose.
When my father tried it for the first time, he said: "This is the first time something actually feels like it's helping." He used it daily. That's when I knew this wasn't just another device.
What We Believe
Theravell exists to give people back the freedom of natural movement. We're not here to sell gadgets. We're here to build tools people trust—tools that help them walk with confidence, stay active, and feel like themselves again.
We believe relief should feel reassuring, not complicated. Science should feel warm, not clinical. Care should feel personal, not generic.
We believe that everyone deserves to move through life without hesitation, without that nagging reminder in their knees, without feeling like their body is working against them.
Our Promise
Theravell is more than a device. It's a commitment to movement, independence, and dignity.
We will continue improving—refining technology, deepening research, and earning trust through real results and real stories. Because we know what it's like to watch someone you love lose a piece of themselves to discomfort. And we know what it means to help them get it back.
This is why Theravell exists. This is our story. And we're honored to be part of yours.
